The inspiration for this collection can be traced back fifty years, but Cutler and Gross has added something dark and luxurious to a standard vintage look. Using components such as titanium, Carl Zeiss Vision lenses and gold plating, the collection is the ultimate marriage of classic style with unquestionable quality.
Glasses worn by 1960s French policemen inspire the design of hand-polished model 1057. They feature straight temples designed to comfortably contour the wearer's head and also fit neatly while wearing a motorcycle helmet. Other cool features include premium Carl Zeiss lenses which are world renowned for their superb optics. The 1057 radiate power, style and quality. Offered here in black with silver metal and dark green lenses which have a back Anti-Reflective coating to help block distracting bounce back glare.
