Ray Ban has given their iconic wayfarer a rugged makeover for 2015. The fittingly named “Denim Wayfarer” is meticulously layered with denim. This design is the result of two years of research, which has resulted in a high-tech layering process that gives each pair a completely unique look that will only get better with age and wear. Each pair is then finished with original rivets.  Handmade in Italy, the Denim wayfarer is available in blue denim and black denim, check them out below.

Ray Ban’s ‘Round Metal’ sunglasses are a great example of classic vintage Ray Ban at its best, with its circular lenses, detailed metal filigree, and very well proportioned fit.

The latest wayfarer to join the Ray Ban family: Ray Ban RB 4165 Justin sunglasses.

The new Ray Ban RB 4165 (also named the “Justin”), offers a great fit for most faces.  The shape is more rectangular, rounder and contemporary than the classic Ray Ban Original Wayfarer rb2140, it doesn’t flare up or angle into the face.  The RB 4165 is also a fuller shape compared to the Ray Ban new wayfarer rb2132, offering more coverage.

What really sets this sporty wayfarer apart though are its light weight comfortable materials. The RB 4165 is made with plastic lenses which are much lighter weight than the typical Ray Ban glass. The frame is also made from matted rubber which has the advantage of gripping your skin to prevent slipping.

The Ray Ban 4165 is offered in unique two-tone matte color options: matte brown gradient grey, matte blue gradient transparent, matte red gradient grey, and matte brown gradient transparent.

Ray Ban sunglasses,  world renowned  for their classic American styling, brings a very authentic vintage feel with its new RB 3447 model.

The  RB 3447 Round Metal sunglasses are a great example of classic vintage Ray Ban at its best, with its round metal shape and smaller very well proportioned fit.  Ray Ban has made pairs similar to 3447’s every decade of their history and we are glad to see them re issue these here in 2011.   Particularly impressive are the subtle details, such as the etching along the frame.

Another classic release from Ray Ban.

The new Ray ban RB 3428 Road Spirit sunglasses are a plastic and metal decked out version of the all time classic Ray Ban Aviator RB 3025.  Acetate inserts line the eye wire and sweat bar and the frame is fitted with “pull out all the stops” premium lenses. The hard to scratch glass lenses in the Ray Ban Road Spirit have a back surface anti-reflective coating, a flash mirror applied, and are gradient as well as polarized.  Ray Ban continues and even elevates their use of  high end materials with the Road Spirit, which is a great addition to its line-up of aviators.
