The Mosley Tribes Spring/Summer 2013 collection gives us an assortment of contemporary classics.
The range takes influence from a variety of era’s — From modified cable temples inspired by the vintage motorcycling styles of the 1940’s to their take on the classic 60’s wayfarer. With that being said, nothing is overly nostalgic; due in part to the modern color palette and cutting edge lenses everything feels right at home in 2013.

Mosley Tribes blending classic and contemporary design release their first ever optical offering, the Bryson.
The Mosley Tribes Bryson eyeglasses are a timeless unisex shape which blends acetate and metal into a single unique cohesive design. Inspired by vintage motorcycle styling, the frame features a modified cable temple; where the temple tips are constructed from stainless steel, adding a subtle and cool touch. Other features include: a key-hole bridge, real riveted plaques/hinges, and the signature Mosley Tribes icon discreetly on the temples. It is available in 5 unique colors, colors such as: “Slate Gradient” or “Scotch”.

The Limited Edition Mosley Tribes X Crooks & Castles sunglasses are now in stock.
Mosley Tribes and streetwear label Crooks & Castles join forces for a special limited edition pair of their famed Castelleno sunglasses. After the success of their first collaboration, the two west coast labels have decided to team up once more to commemorate Crooks & Castles 10 Year Anniversary. The first incarnation sold out worldwide and became instant collector’s items, now the pimped out Castellano is back in 2 new limited edition colorways:
–>Matte black zyl acetate with brushed gold finish end pieces. Grey gradient cr-39 lenses with Crooks & Castles etching detail.
-> Vintage inspired ‘362 tortoise zyl acetate’ with brushed gold end pieces. Spice brown gradient cr-39 lenses with Crooks & Castles etching detail.

The Mosley Tribes Summer 2012 collection is now available.
This season Mosley Tribes is paying tribute to the City of Angels, Los Angeles California, home of their headquarters as well as a continual source of their inspiration.
“GROWING UP in Los Angeles has given me an appreciation for the city and the many cultures that live within it. I am constantly inspired by what is going on around me in the diverse and vibrant landscape. This environment – from street art to high fashion, active lifestyle to music culture – drives my creativity and ultimately influences the designs that I create.”

Although styles and trends frequently change in Los Angeles the new releases this season are both unique and timeless — translating for any style and any local, whether the city streets or the beach. The collection features an array of classic metal and acetate frames, from the clean all plastic unisex “Stafford” to the vintage inspired squared off “Cayton” aviator (our favorites). Each piece boasts premier mineral glass lenses providing superb optics, with polarized, photochromic, as well as anti-reflective coated lens options.

The Limited Edition Mosley Tribes X Clot Collaboration is now in stock.
East meets West. Mosley Tribes joins forces with Hong Kong streetwear label CLOT for a limited edition version of their Burke sunglasses.
A worthy silhouette for the collaboration, the Burke has a cool and refined shape; they’re rounded and slightly contoured with a classic key-hole bridge. This special edition version is outfitted in a black and crystal acetate showcasing the exposed metal eye wire detailing. It also pairs grey glass photochromic lenses with a silver flash mirror coating. Photochromic lenses react to the UV/sunlight and get darker, thus providing for the most comfortable vision possible under various light conditions. The flash silver mirror gives off a silver iridescence when caught by the light.
It comes complete with limited edition Head Porter of Japan sunglass case, as well as a custom cleaning cloth commemorating the collaboration. Limited to just 500 pairs released world-wide.

Mosley Tribes Resort/Spring 2012 collection is now available….Be sure to checkout our favorite new style: the Cosley.
The Cosley is a double bridge all plastic aviator with badass 1970’s appeal. It is offered in great two-tone colorways and features very unique detailed beveling, really adding a cool touch. It also has polarized lenses, to help block that winter glare.
Available in: black / karrimor tortoise, Oak, kalahari tortoise / light brown, matte black / black.

Mosley Tribes sunglasses Summer 2011 collection now available.
Mosley Tribes travels to the remote and stunning Hawaiian island of Kauai to draw inspiration for their latest summer ‘11 collection and campaign.
This slice of tropical paradise, known for its rich and varied landscapes, offers the perfect back drop for the plethora of textures and colors offered this season: from classic black to “Matte Kalahari Tortoise” to a fresh Matte White with blue accents.
Among our favorite new pieces would have to be the Merchant and Crane. Both frames feature a unique and very cool sweat-bar, giving them a rugged feel. The Merchant is a distinct slightly oversized plastic frame with a classic key hole bridge and is offered in great color combos. While the Crane aviator offers an exceptionally nice fit for medium to smaller faces, as well as women.
